On September 23, Super Typhoon Ragasa caused devastating floods in Taiwan Hualien’s Guangfu Township, destroying homes and taking lives. Families are enduring unimaginable loss, yet Taiwan’s compassion shines through. Volunteers mobilized by the Tzu Chi Foundation, neighbors, and international friends have stepped forward to clean, rebuild, and bring hope.
